Windows only - if it works on a different computer, then the issue might be related to a USB chipset driver. If it makes a difference, try updating the motherboard USB chipset driver.

Windows only - try a different USB port.

Unpair/repair or disconnect/reconnect hardware.

Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar.

Ĝlean the button/key with compressed air.

 Make sure the AOC Monitor Drivers are installed. You can see this message when the signal from the video card exceeds the maximum resolution and frequency that the monitor can handle properly.Īdjust the maximum resolution and frequency that the monitor can handle properly.  Can you see 'Input Not Supported' on the screen? If the initial screen (the login screen) does not appear, contact the Service Center or your dealer. (Refer to the Setting the Optimal Resolution) If the initial screen (the login screen) appears, boot the computer in the applicable mode (the safe mode for Windows 7/8/10) and then change the frequency of the video card.  If the power is on, reboot the computer to see the initial screen (the login screen), which can be seen.

* DVI/HDMI/DP input is not available on every model.  Is the cable connected correctly? Connected using the D-sub cable Is the power cord connected properly? Check the power cord connection and power supply.
